McDonald’s Greenhouse & Corn Maze near Zanesville in Muskingum County is a great place to bring the family for a traditional fall fun experience.

The farm’s fall activities open Sept. 16 and run until Oct. 31, highlighted by a huge corn maze. This year’s corn maze design will be “Hope,” in honor of a longtime employee who is battling cancer.

Corn mazes have been created at the family-run farm since 2007. Recent designs have been themed “In God We Trust” (2023), “Three Billy Goats Gruff” (2022), and “Three Little Pigs” (2021).

In addition to the corn maze, families can enjoy a fall hayride and pick their own pumpkins, as well as pet some friendly farm animals. There are also many more activities that are geared especially for the kids.

New this year is a Super Mega Ride-n-Slide, along with longtime favorite kid-friendly attractions like the Barn Yard Twister, Grain Cart Basketball, Spider Web Rope Climb, Pedal Tractor Track, Gaga Ball Pit, Giant Jumping Pillow, Sandbox Diggers and Tetherball.

The farm’s large barn offers food concessions and produce, fall decorations and prepared foods for sale. Admission to the farm’s activities is $9, additional fee for the Ride-n-Slide.

McDonald’s Greenhouse & Corn Maze is located at 3220 Adamsville Road, just east of Zanesville and 2.5 miles north of I-70 on SR 93.

  1. Another one you can do a blog on is Van Buren Acres. It’s got a lot of the same things but it’s local to us.
